Petersen P&D INC is a contracted service for FedEx Ground out of the Norfolk, NE station. We guarantee a minimum of $36,500/year but new drivers typically make $40,000-$45,000/year.

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
• Ability to operate commercial vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with little to no traffic violations
• High school degree
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a required drug screening
• Work well with others as well as by yourself

Scheduling:

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 1 Saturday every month (Overtime rate)
• 6:30am start time and finish upon completion of route (Usually 2-4pm)
